Orders are usually shipped within:
1–3 business days (processing)
4–8 business days for delivery (depending on location)
Remote or non-metro areas may take a bit longer.
During seasonal sales, launches, or high-demand periods, dispatch may be delayed slightly.

We ship through trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and delivery location
Any additional fees (like RTO charges) may be applicable in specific cases
Free shipping offers may be available during promotions and campaigns.

If a package is returned due to:

COD refusal

If you believe the package is tampered with or damaged:
Do not accept the delivery
Immediately contact us with photos/videos
We will assist with replacement if eligible.
