If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect size delivered (provided size ordered was correct)
To be eligible:
Product must be unused, unwashed & in original condition
All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
We may request photos/videos as proof.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to customer handling

Incorrect Size Delivered by Us

If a wrong size is delivered due to an error from our side, we will take full responsibility. In such cases:

The product will be exchanged.
Shipping costs for both pickup and re-delivery will be borne by Armoal Originals.

Size Issues Based on Customer Preference
We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the customer finds the size different compared to other brands or websites. A detailed size chart is provided on our website for reference, and customers are advised to place orders strictly according to that chart. 

Size-related dissatisfaction due to personal preference is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange, return, or refund request.
The video must be clear, continuous, and uncut.
It should show the package being opened from start to finish. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Timeframe to Raise a Request

Customers must raise an exchange, return, or refund request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will not be eligible for processing.

Condition of Product

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Final Decision

All exchange and refund requests are subject to verification. Armoal Originals reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on policy compliance.


Size issues due to incorrect size selection by customer
Sale/discounted items
Accessories (caps, socks, masks, etc.)
Customized or limited-edition drops

Exchange Policy

If the return is approved, we will offer:
✅ Size exchange (if available in stock)
OR
✅ Store credit of equal amount (valid for 6 months)
We do not offer direct monetary refunds at the moment.
🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping Costs
If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product) → We will arrange pickup free of cost
If customer requests size exchange due to preference → Return shipping charges apply

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Exchange or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days
You will be updated through email/WhatsApp.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 Fraud Prevention

If repeated return requests or suspected abuse of policy is detected,
Armoal Originals reserves the right to deny future orders or returns.
